Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Wee Tartan purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.


 

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we have sent the incorrect item.

 


 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 


 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

  • Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first so we can arrange the next steps.

 


 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs, at no additional charge to you.
