We want you to love your Wee Tartan purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we have sent the incorrect item.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs, at no additional charge to you.
