Ordering & Sizing
How do I know which size to order?
We recommend checking our Size Guide for detailed measurements. Our children's clothing is designed to be true to size, but if you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for longer wear.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make amendments.
Do you offer custom sizes or bespoke tartans?
Currently, we offer the tartans and sizes listed on our website. We are always expanding our collection, so feel free to contact us with suggestions!
Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. International delivery times vary by destination but generally take 7–14 working days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We are very sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and we will resolve it promptly.
Product Care
How should I wash my Wee Tartan clothing?
To keep your tartan looking its best, we recommend washing on a gentle cycle at 30°C with similar colours. Do not tumble dry. Iron on a low heat setting if necessary. Always check the care label on your specific garment.
Are your fabrics safe for babies?
Yes, all of our fabrics are carefully selected to be soft, comfortable, and safe for babies and young children. Our materials are tested to meet UK safety standards.
